Child Care Attendance Instructions

I created these instructions after having developed the tracking system and recording system for a new set of Day Care Services that were being provided by Edgewood Center Day Treatment Program.
These forms were needed to record the hours that services were provided to the clients each day to verify state and federal funds.

Adobe Offers Flex2 to Educators for Free
